I would like to sincerely thank Dr Isaac for giving me the best treatment during my oral surgery yesterday. He was professional, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the procedure.The nurses were also incredibly friendly and caring, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.Once again, a big thank you to Dr Isaac and the wonderful team at Dr M Dental Clinic! It was a smooth and positive experience. I truly appreciate the excellent care provided. Highly recommended! 😊
The teeth cleaning experience was great. The process was completely painless, with only a slight tingling sensation. The nurses and dentists were very attentive, and my teeth were thoroughly cleaned. I'll definitely come back next time.

I brought my child and family for a teeth cleaning and children's dental care, and the overall experience was excellent. The dentist and staff were very professional and patient, especially gentle with the children. The cleaning process for adults was also very thorough, with almost no discomfort, and our teeth felt very clean afterwards. The clinic was clean and tidy, and the procedures were very smooth. It's a dental clinic that parents can trust and children don't dislike. I will definitely come back regularly and would recommend it to families with children.

I'm really satisfied with the Dr and assist when they were doing my scaling. The very first time zero bleeding I'm so happy.They are so warm and felt very comfortable, worth it. Easy parking, very quick if you made an appointment. The staff is so friendly.Thank you for the service I think this a how a dental clinic should be.

The teeth cleaning was completely painless, and they explained everything to me very carefully! At the end, they even gave me some advice on what to pay attention to and what products to use. Overall, it was a great service and experience.
Dr Ng is extremely friendly and patient. He takes the time to explain every step clearly and in detail. He is very kid-friendly and knows how to make children feel relaxed. My son really likes him and doesn’t feel afraid at all.

Did whitening treatment, result very obvious. From yellowish teeth become much brighter. Price also reasonable compared to KL.

I went here for a dental cleaning, and the dentist said two teeth needed fillings. He asked the dentist to tell the receptionist to inform my wife (who was waiting for me). He said I needed fillings and it would take a while. The receptionist then asked my wife what time her parking was due?How confusing is this?!Update: Sorry to have you do this, it wasn't within your job scope. I should have left my bed and told you myself.The pricing is a bit...unreasonable. The dentist said a very serious filling would cost 130, but a tiny filling would only cost 120?!

Oops can see my tooth on the monitor & Dr Michelle provided explanation about my teeth & whats she going to do & all the way thru she provided info while doing the scaling n polishing! Very professional & nurses too well trained! Overall am glad I choose Dr M Dental to handle my dental care! Price also reasonable!
My child had a positive dental experience here today . We managed to fill up 3 cavities under 20 minutes, with no tears and no anxiety . My child felt secure ,confident, and comfortable under the care of Dr Daniel .
Very experienced dentists. ???? My wife and I have visited Dr M. We have done our biannual scaling by Dr Michelle and Dr Isaac. Both of them are very gentle.Very detailed cleaning and check up done. Both of them gave us a lot of tips on how to take care of our teeth. Keep up the good work. This is one of the best dental clinic in Ipoh which we have visited. All the staffs are very friendly. The prices are reasonable and affordable too. Will definitely come back after 6 months for our biannual scaling.
Dr Mental Den Clinic offers affordable prices for medical services and I was quite impressed with my experience. The clinic was clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable professionals who made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.The staff at the clinic were also very helpful in explaining the different pricing options available to me. They took the time to go over the costs associated with each service and helped me make an informed decision about which services were the most important for me to receive.Highly recommended!
5/5, highly recommend Dr M Dental Clinic. One of the kindest and most detailed orientated dentist I have ever met. Despite my tight schedule, Dr Michelle still provided me her best service with highest professionalism. Staffs were attentive, caring and helpful.Had 5 of my teeth filled and scaling treatment with minimum and totally bearable discomfort. Environment was clean, comfortable, relaxing and the price is totally affordable.Even brought my sister for check up and scaling service after mine.Extremely impressed and satisfied. Keep it up !

Front desk and doctors speak fluent English. Appointment making was smooth, not to mention the thoughtful reminder sent a day earlier. Both doctors are soft-spoken, gentle and experienced. Suctioning by the nurses was easy in the mouth as well. Whilst writing these words, I am surprised to find bad reviews saying the exact opposite of our experience. The four of us had been here on numerous occasions all turned out to be pleasant. Stay positive, keep up the good work, Dr M.
Clean, cozy and comfortable environment. Dr Michelle and her assistant team did a great job during my appointment, painless and no discomfort during scaling and polishing. There is even an intraoral camera to show the pre-post treatment shots. Not to forget, front desk clinic manager Darren, his pre and post appointment service was very helpful. He will send a kind reminder for me a day before the appointment and will follow up after treatment. 5 stars service. Well done.
