医疗设备很先进，补牙之前会先scan一轮全部牙齿， 给你看全部牙齿状况 (有图片看) ，再来做解释给你治疗方案和价钱。Dr Isaac 很有耐心而且补牙手势很好👍 这里的环境也很舒服干净～

My first time to visit Dr M Dental. Actually I just want to do scaling but the dentist did a check up for me and found there were 3 teeth decays. Everything was pretty good. Good services, staffs were polite and last but least the dentist is full of patience and attentive. Very satisfy with the services and will visit in the coming days 👏🏻☺️🥰 Highly recommended !

之前看了很多讲他们不专业的复评以为一概是假的。自己亲身经历过才知道。二月中花了两百八十多给这里的医生拔了智慧牙，拔牙时不痛，因为打了麻醉。当晚开始发高烧，伤口吃了消炎药还是很痛。第二天半边脸肿了起来完全没办法吃东西，好像有东西顶着喉咙，半夜也睡不着。第三天到回去医生说发烧跟她拔牙毫无关系叫我吃消炎，抗生素和用她家的蓝色漱口水。第四天严重呕吐发烧呼吸困难老公带我到医院挂号。诊断结果是那个拔牙伤口感染严重发炎如果再迟可能会没命。拔了一颗智慧牙换来要缴付六千多块的住院费。也许只是我运气差也可能是他们的医生不够经验。所以写了这些不是要中伤这家店而是觉得有需要分享给大家。还有很抱歉这不是我本人的真名和第一账号因为还是要保护自己跟家人的私隐。

Have done regular scaling at Dr M. Doctors here are patient and gentle. Overall the process is great and no pain. Can feel my gum problem getting better and less bleeding now. The location is good as easier to park your car…

以前看过的牙医都非常粗鲁导致我非常怕去检查牙齿，就是花钱找痛的那种。第一次遇到这么细心耐心的牙医还有各位小姐姐小哥哥，医生解释很到位，价钱部分也解释到很清楚，很棒👍🏻现在每半年都定时来这里洗牙🤭

My first visit to Dr M to do root canal treatment and the outcome was very pleasant. Dr Michelle is very gentle, no pain through the process, and medication was helpful 👍

Not sure why my old dentist din propose a crown for my tooth after root canal, i almost had to extract my tooth because of this. Luckily Dr M was professional and capable to restore my tooth using zirconia crown

这家 DR M DENTAL CLINIC 态度有够恶劣。不但威胁患者还扭转事实颠倒是非和大量虚假刷评。给他负面评论他只会指控你是假户口，治疗期间如出现问题他会指责你没听从医生劝告所以100%是你自己活该你自己的问题不关医生事，这无良的还屡次公开患者的私隐和病历处处丑化患者。不仅仅如此，他们还会发whatsapp威胁给他们负评的患者，如不删除评论就一概从头到尾侮辱你一番。从什么病人满口蛀牙到身体肥胖都有。他们的管理员还用了上百个谷歌假账号把自己吹了一通。这应该不是专业人士该有的智商吧。

之前看网上推荐说洗牙不错，牙医很有耐心，就预约尝试一下。
员工和牙医都很有礼貌有耐心。洗牙很满意，不会很不舒服还可以接受，下次还会再来。

Very experienced dentists. 👍 My wife and I have visited Dr M. We have done our biannual scaling by Dr Michelle and Dr Isaac. Both of them are very gentle.Very detailed cleaning and check up done. Both of them gave us a lot of tips on how to take care of our teeth. Keep up the good work. This is one of the best dental clinic in Ipoh which we have visited. All the staffs are very friendly. The prices are reasonable and affordable too. Will definitely come back after 6 months for our biannual scaling.
Dr Mental Den Clinic offers affordable prices for medical services and I was quite impressed with my experience. The clinic was clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable professionals who made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.The staff at the clinic were also very helpful in explaining the different pricing options available to me. They took the time to go over the costs associated with each service and helped me make an informed decision about which services were the most important for me to receive.Highly recommended!

Despite my tight schedule, Dr Michelle still provided me her best service with highest professionalism. Staffs were attentive, caring and helpful.Had 5 of my teeth filled and scaling treatment with minimum and totally bearable discomfort. Environment was clean, comfortable, relaxing and the price is totally affordable.Even brought my sister for check up and scaling service after mine.Extremely impressed and satisfied. Keep it up !

Front desk and doctors speak fluent English. Appointment making was smooth, not to mention the thoughtful reminder sent a day earlier. Both doctors are soft-spoken, gentle and experienced. Suctioning by the nurses was easy in the mouth as well. Whilst writing these words, I am surprised to find bad reviews saying the exact opposite of our experience. The four of us had been here on numerous occasions all turned out to be pleasant. Stay positive, keep up the good work, Dr M.
Clean, cozy and comfortable environment. Dr Michelle and her assistant team did a great job during my appointment, painless and no discomfort during scaling and polishing. There is even an intraoral camera to show the pre-post treatment shots. Not to forget, front desk clinic manager Darren, his pre and post appointment service was very helpful. He will send a kind reminder for me a day before the appointment and will follow up after treatment. 5 stars service. Well done.
